ABS edgebanding for OSB boards

Oriented Strand Board (OSB) is a man-made product created from poplar or from yellow pine wood bits, which are pressed and bound together by adhesive resin and glue.

This modest stuff is mostly used as a substrate during construction projects, leaving other materials to stand in the limelight. Some prefer prettier laminates, but others have managed to use OSB as an alternative and visible material for superb modern furniture design.

From flooring to wall decor and everything in between, unfinished OSB is the latest trend in modern interior design circles. The ‘unfinished’ look takes advantage of the rich texture and pattern that OSB provides to add a little flair. Plus it’s cost-effective and eco-friendly.Is it for you? No doubt, OSB is a unique material that has its place in many décor styles. That’s why we have created OSB edge banding: 0.8 mm thickness pvc, 3 versions available: smooth, rough embossed and high gloss.

From now on, it is possible:

To edge band a plain coloured melamine in a non conventional way, creating designs which are rich in contrast.
The OSB inlay banding products will compliment any decorative panel.
To edge band OSB panels, so that the panel will look as close as possible to a piece of hardwood lumber.
Simply add the OSB look to your designs.
