How solid end-grain edgeband is manufactured?
Cantisa’s solid end grain edge banding is made from natural end-grain cut veneer. The sheets have a thickness of 0.7 mm.

How to edge band our end-grain edgebanding?
The illustration shows us how the grain looks like when cutting the piece this way. The resulting pieces have a crown cut grain on the surface, and not straight.
We can also see that the endgrain follows the lines of the trunk growth rings. To achieve the same effect, we must put the solid solid end-grain edgebanding at the ends of the piece. We will perfectly recreate natural wood in a veneer piece.

Find the ideal solid end grain edgeband for your project. The top layer of the edgeband is always supplied sanded.
The edgeband is 1.2 mm thickness: 0.7 mm are from the veneer foil and 0,5 mm are from the under layer veneer.
