Products for DIY
We supply all our products of Veneer, PVC and melamine edges to retail stores and malls providing cutting and edging customer services.
Short length veneer, PVC, and melamine edge rolls individually blistered for retail stores. Presentation in plastic blister. Optional labeling and bar code. Application instructions on the back side of blister.
For application with a hot iron:
– Type 1 : rolls 5 m length x 22 mm width.
– Type 2 : rolls 20 m length x 22 mm width.
– Type 3 : rolls 20 m length x 40 mm width .
Self-adhesive, direct application without heat:
– Type A: rolls 5 m length x 16 mm width
– Type B: rolls 5 m length x 19 mm width
– Type C: rolls 20 m length x 16 mm width
– Type D: rolls 20 m length x 19 mm width
Noblefix veneer and Noblefix melamine preglued in master rolls from 20 to 25 cm.
Noblefix veneer
- Master rolls 0,5 mm thickness, with our zig-zag end joint with a minimum of 2,20 m between joints.
- Width of master roll: 20–25 cm.
- Length of master roll: 125 lineal meters aprox.
- To ensure easier retail sales each meter is pre marked. Thus eliminating the measuring process at dispatch.
Noblefix melamine
- Master rolls melamine laminate: 0,30 mm thickness.
- Width of master roll: 25 cm.
- Length of master roll: 125 lineal meters aprox.
- To ensure easier retail sales, each meter is pre marked. Thus eliminating the measuring process at dispatch.
Noblefix Madera 85 consists of glueless veneer sheets for surfaces.
Characteristics:
- Authentic 0.5mm thick veneer sheets .
- By means of a plastic protecting foil, the upper face of the sheets are united and winded to form a spool.
- Standard dimentions of the sheet : 2,20 m long by 85 cm wide.
- Supplied in 20 sheets spool.
- Applying Instructions enclosed with every sheet.
For retail sales purpose, we can supply our edges in reduced length formats
Rolls of : 10m, 25m, 50m or at the customer’s length requirements.
