From October 21 to 23, a new edition of Interihotel was held in Barcelona — the leading event in interior design for hospitality sector. The fair brought together thousands of contract professionals, interior designers, architects, and brands showcasing the latest trends in hotel and tourism space equipment.
Cantisa participated with its own stand, where it showcased its most innovative proposals for the sector to designers. The exhibition focused on the Décor Programme Edgebands, a collection designed to add aesthetic value and a distinctive touch to furniture.
“Everyone knows the edgeband that matches the panel, but at Cantisa we showed how an edgeband can go further: becoming a decorative element that adds personality and a unique touch to every project,” the company highlighted.
During the three days of the fair, numerous creatives visited the stand to see firsthand how a well-chosen edgeband can completely transform a design. Many were surprised by the possibilities offered by the new materials and finishes developed by Cantisa.

In the field of decorative PVC and ABS edgebands, the highlights included metallic finishes, stitch-effect edgebands — perfect for wardrobes and drawers — industrial-style grid effects, end-grain edgebands that give melamine panels the look of solid wood, and digitally printed edgebands, which open the door to total customization of each design.
